The Long Bus Ride Home
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
This one has a Story by my good buddy and pal LoganMcowen
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was a cold, dark evening. Logan had been working overtime again - a lot of demand had been put on the office as of late - and was very tired. The yellow streetlights set Logan's mind into a warm, haze of tiredness, which led him to take the lazy option and grab a bus.
As he plodded onto the bus, he saw it was fairly empty... all except a familiar Green Bull sitting towards the back of the bus. He bought his ticket, and sat next to Tate, noticing the copy of Dark Side of the Moon in his hand. Typical Tate he thought. Logan looked to him, only to see his eyes shut, but also to notice a shirt and tie peeking through the opening at the top of Tate's coat. It was a long route from here, and Logan felt sleepier for the low hum of the bus's engines, and the warmth of the big Bull to his side.
Logan clutched onto his briefcase tightly, eventually nodding off, leaning into Tate's shoulder. Tate was stirred, and peered out of the corner of his eye to notice Logan beside him. He put his hand onto Logan's shoulder, and shut his eyes again. Both Bulls slept through the whole journey... Missing their stops.
