It can, but in this situation, it would be fail (it's being used sarcastically, sorry should have mentioned that). Reason for this: Airborne jump from perfectly good aircraft *cough*crazy*cough* and crash into the the ground, properly. They actually do it enough times that they can do it in their sleep. Max can't even fall properly, and I'm not going to even critique his landing.

Whoa. You’d think falling six feet would wake you up, eh? =P The only bad thing that’s ever happened to me in a bunk-bed was when my younger brother was in top bunk and decided to get nauseous in the middle of the night … -_-

Though, I think you would’ve woken up if instead of landing on a mattress or even the floor, you found yourself folding into a Pretzel down a flight of wooden stairs. ;-)
