Motte and Bailey Castle
Amethyst's motte and bailey castle is best castle!
We had a sandcastle competition, though it was a lousy draw. This was clearly the winner! The big mound is the main part of the castle and the lower mound is where there would be huts and pens with people and livestock (the rocks and shells). We didn't manage to make a gate ^^;
And...the mammoth? The mammoth... The mammoth, the mammoth, the mammoth...
I have nothing to say. Moving on :P

Okay, now, I could understand if there were ponies all over that castle, because I just can see you readily having ponies at hand at any time. But what inspired you to bring a mammoth on the trip?
