A sequel to the "Fish Transformation" pic I just recently put up, this was another commission done for my co-writer and collaborator Phillip Velasquez years ago, illustrating a scene from a story commission I did for him back in 2009. The story was called AQUARIUM BLUES, where a young researcher at an aquarium runs afoul of a wish-granting demon girl looking for amusement. This is the protagonist, post-transformation.

I always did like the way this came out. Trying to make an environment look sub-aquan with just inks and colored pencils is no easy task.
