Venturing the Unknown
Title can't be empty.

This piece makes me nervous, but I feel like I can still do it. The sketch doesn't show many outlines, because of the massive involvement of light effects.
There are so many unexplored factors in this one. Light effects are very difficult to manifest in pencil drawing, because it works in reverse of paint applications. The last piece gave me an idea, so this piece will amplify it massively.
This is also my first piece to utilise a closeup perspective, itself not easy to merge into the drawing background. Was thinking slightly out of the box, to use unique perspectives for each piece.
The key to this piece will be the quality of shading. This is to remove my reliance on pencil outlines, expanding the limits of my art style as I unlock the fantastical side of the style (represented by the shard in the shape of my mechanical pencil)
