— I've installed Infrared Reader on my computer but the program is unable to see .spa files that I have on my computer. In fact the program only sees the folders not the files. Can anyone help?

The application supports SPA files, but you will need to select what type of file you want the program to open. You can do this when the program is started. If you have issues, run the software as Administrator, then select the Nicolet option and browse to the file.
