Yes, Busker for Windows allows you to export MIDI files. To do so, click on "File" > "Export" > "MIDI File". You can also input notes directly from a MIDI keyboard by clicking on the piano... icon in the toolbar and then clicking on the notes in the Busker window while playing them on your MIDI keyboard.Read more
