As a continent of supposed animal lovers this site was set up to urge Europe and Britain into action on the ritual slaughter issue. We see a plethora of, in some cases, much specialised Animal Rights activity groups across many nations. However, few if any have taken up the mantel of ritual slaughter. To emphasize this we must highlight the issue of fox hunting. Naturally all forms of hunting are sickening yet so much energy was spent on this specific issue. Yes a ban was imposed but was so much time necessary or was it misdirection. Animal activism is in itself a disparate collection of groups; however, we have come to believe that the leaders of these movements are being driven by something other than the welfare of these poor animals. We suggest that the important work of Animal Rights groups is being directed according to a certain agenda, one that ignores the obvious suffering of animals in certain key areas.
