VOLCANOES: A GOOD ARGUMENT FOR ROCKETSHIPS, YES?
Okay, now that is sorted, who volunteers to tell the Who fans that Daleks looked pretty fucking goofy in the first place?

A diversion

Hello! Merry THING! Happy THING! Fuck off, TWO THOUSAND AND NINE, you shitfuck of a year.
So yeah... since I last posted, I got a job. It's depressing and menial and too many people I work with care who wins the X Factor, but I had a good time at the Ecksmas party until I woke up and then threw up a bit. But I made it to the toilet, so that story has a happy ending.
Dad stayed in Spain for the holidays so I ended up at James and Helen's. Sadly, New Super Mario Bros Wii didn't arrive but Helen had bought him Lego Indy 2 so we spent a lot of time doing that. A lot more time than intended because James wiped the save file. Scotland was rather pretty all over, being somewhat COVERED in snow. James rode around the place on a mini-tractor so that kept him happy.
I bought a 360. If you have one, Hoggatron's my gamertag btw. ( More game talkCollapse )
So are you calling it two thousand and ten or twenty ten?

Good news everyone!
Also COD:MW1 is coming to the Wii, released when MW2 comes out for the HD consoles. I can the reasons for doing it and I'm interested in the title but I can't help but think there'll be some consumer confusion.
Well, it's about goddamn time. It's how I originally though the friends code system was going to work.
IGN: Now… I don't want to get this one wrong, but there's something going on with Friend Codes this time around, right? Or should I say "not" going on with friend codes?
Karthik: Yes. No in-game Friend Codes!
For GH5, we've implemented support for your global Wii Friend Codes. If you've got friends in your Wii address book, they'll automatically be added to your friends list in game, so you can easily connect up with them in online multiplayer games. It's much easier to maintain a single list of friends on your Wii that you only have to enter once and use that address book directly in-game for invites, etc.

Just an FYI: Argos.co.uk is offering an extra 20% off game preorders when you use the code GAME20. I've just ordered Wii Sports Resort for 30 quid.

Does anyone have my copy of Angel S3?
Do I have someone's copy of Tales of Symphonia? I don't remember buying it...

Arrrrooo, werewolves of Lunar City 7

In January, I asked what would happen to a werewolf on the moon? Looks like someone was listening!

I am tempted to go see T4 today and get it over with.

Up release dates.
USA 29 May 2009
UK 16 October 2009
Right, that's it. WAR ON AMERICA TIL THEY HAND OVER THE GOOD KIDS' MOVIES IN A TIMELY FASHION. I might run for Parliament based on that policy.

Other superhero Mr Men in the link.
