To ensure a fair and engaging hackathon experience, please follow these guidelines:

1. Teams may have 1–5 members.

2. All projects must be original and developed during the event period  .

3. Participants are free to use open-source tools, libraries, APIs, or frameworks, provided they credit them appropriately.

4. Plagiarism or submission of pre-existing projects is strictly prohibited.

5. All participants must adhere to the SNOW FEST Code of Conduct, ensuring respect, inclusion, and professionalism at all times.

6. Judges’ decisions are final and non-disputable.

7. By submitting a project, participants grant the organizers permission to showcase their work for promotional and educational purposes (with proper credit).

8. Organisers and sponsers decisions are final

9. Any participant found violating rules or engaging in misconduct will be disqualified immediately.
