Now these items are located in the dropdown top-menu.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/admin-top-menudirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the
Pluginsscreen in WordPress. - Use the
Settings / Admin Top-Menuscreen to setup the Top-Menu.
