Frequently asked questions
Do I need an internet connection for it to work?
No. Snap360 is designed to work in any environment and allows you to save videos to your local gallery so you don’t lose them. Once you recover your connection, you can upload them to the cloud or send them to the online gallery.
Can each video be customized with my own content?
Yes! Snap360 allows you to upload your own images, designs, and sounds. To do this, you’ll need to download the images, music, or frames directly to your mobile device. As a novelty, we are developing a functionality to integrate image and music banks directly into the application.
How do I share content with my clients?
The app offers multiple ways to send content instantly or later. You can create a QR code, by Airdrop, Whatsapp, Instagram, Email or Bluetooth – We also have the option of an offline gallery in which you can see all the videos you have been making at the event in real time and download them.

Can I try the app before I buy it?
Yes! You can use the app for free to test all its functionalities, although all content will be created with a watermark. To remove the brand, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our plans.

Does the app work on all devices?
Yes, Snap360 works on both Android and iOS. Of course, you must have at least the Android 7 or iOS 13 version. Where you will not be able to use it is on computers, only tablets or mobiles.
Can I use the app on multiple devices simultaneously?
Yes, you can use the app on multiple devices as long as you have signed up for the Diamond PRO plan.
