This new requirement will weigh soon on all tenants, in fact Act No. 2010-238 of 9 March 2010 anticipated that this device will be mandatory in all homes (private) by March 8, 2015 in France. It is the occupier (tenant) that load back. In addition to the requirement of installation, the occupants will be responsible for the maintenance of their detectors
Requires iOS 5.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
