This website is designed to provide information about who we are as an organization, what we believe in, and what programs and services we provide. Established in 1965 as part of President Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty, SMOC continues to provide resources for social change in order to improve the lives of those we serve, and strengthen the communities in which we operate.
