Driver Success
This is a unique opportunity to review your current employees in order to assess their skills and identify the areas in which they need to improve. Driver evaluations are done one-on-one with an experienced Smith & Solomon instructor who would accompany an employee on the road to observe his or her driving habits. The instructor would rate them on a driver evaluation sheet and review the issues that arose. It is a strong program due to its individual focus and the data that is gathered. For example, you would be surprised how many drivers still talk on their cell phones regardless of company policy or the law.
