a homemaker to my kids, a girlfriend to my husband, a sista to my friends, a friend to my sisters, a daughter to my parents. Hoping to make a difference in this lifetime, even if it’s in small ways: being kind, helping out, reminding someone to be compassionate, encouraging someone to see the bright side. Trying to treasure every day that we have in this life and not take any of it for granted. I don’t know what comes next but I know how fast things move here, want to take in every bit of it.
