I have installed SmartCut Pro from an administrator account, and it runs perfectly. However, when I log in as a regular user, it tells me that it can't see the Smartcut's file. What should I do?

Most likely the application is working with system files, and in that case you must have admin privileges in order to launch the application. You can set up security rights if you log in as an administrator. Then go to SmartCut application, right click the executable file and select Security. Customize permissions and select the username, check Read & Write settings, and your regular account will also be able to run the application.
