• Working Model: A functional implementation of the project that demonstrates the core features, workflow, and real-time usability of the proposed solution. The model should clearly validate the problem statement and show how the system operates.

• PowerPoint Presentation (PPT): A structured presentation covering the problem statement, objectives, methodology, system architecture, key features, technologies used, results, and future scope.

Both components are required to ensure a complete evaluation of the project’s concept, implementation, and impact.
