Smart board remote management application for schools. You can prevent unauthorized and uncontrolled use of smart boards by students by installing a lock application on smart boards with Windows 10 or higher operating system installed in your school. The lock program of smart boards can be controlled by teachers via mobile application. When you install the lock program on smart boards, a QR code will appear on the smart board screen. When you scan this QR code with the smart board application, the smart board will automatically connect to your school. Teachers who want to unlock the smart board can use the smart board application. You can turn on the smart board remotely by clicking on the smart board and setting a time. The smart board will automatically lock when the time is up. If you want, you can also lock the smart board via the smart board application.
You can add all the teachers in your school under the school via the smart board application. Teachers can use the smart board application if they wish. Teachers who do not want to can open the boards with a USB flash memory by creating a key for their USB flash memory. As soon as the USB flash memory is removed from the smart board, the smart board will be locked.
If they wish, teachers can send notifications to smart boards via the smart board application. When the notification is sent, whether the smart board is locked or not, the notification you sent will appear on the screen along with audio and visual warnings. When you want to call students from classes, you can send a notification to the smart board lock program via the smart board application. If you want, you can send announcements or messages to smart boards. Messages may contain links to web pages. When students click on the links, the web page will open even though the lock program is still active. In this way, you can send a web page link to students without unlocking the smart board. If you have pictures, videos or documents you want to share with your students, you can upload them to Google Drive and write the links in the message text. In this way, students can view the relevant document while the smart board is locked.
You can remotely turn off all smart boards in your school. If you have whiteboards that remain open when classes at your school are completed, you can select all of these boards and have them closed remotely.
In free usage, all devices have the right to perform 100 transactions. If you pay, all devices connected to the school will be entitled to free use for one month.
