SMALL WORLDS offers services to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of guests in wheelchairs, those with strollers, and those of certain religions.

  • Please use the elevator to access the gallery (3rd or 2nd floor). Please note that the elevator entrance is 80cm wide and the interior is 130cm x 140cm.
  • Multi-Purpose restrooms

    We have multi-purpose restrooms for wheelchair users and visitors with strollers. (One of the multi-purpose restrooms on the 3rd floor is ostomate-friendly.)

    The nursing room on the 2nd floor is within the women's restroom, but the one on the 3rd floor can be used by both men and women.

  • Water dispensers

    Water dispensers are located in the nursing rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors ( cold/room temperature/hot water vailable for formula and other needs of visitors), and the workshop area on the 3rd floor (room temperature/cold water only).

    SMALL WORLDS provides a quiet praying room for 2 people to pray regardless of religion.Please take off your shoes before entering.
    * It is prohibited to use the room for other purposes.

  • Please note that you may be asked to wait for admission depending on how crowded the venue is.
  • If you wish to receive a discount for Koto-ku residents, please bring a certificate that identifies your address.
  • The Annual Passport is valid for one year from the date of receipt. You may use it as many times as you like within the validity period.
  • Admission with the Annual Passport is valid only for the person listed on the passport.
  • Purchased Annual Passports cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
  • Purchased passports cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
  • It is possible to change your admission passport to an Annual Passport after your visit. Please come to the Annual Passport Counter on the 3rd floor.

  • Please refrain from wearing cosplay costumes including Evangelion costumes during 3D scanning.
  • 3D figures will be ready for pickup at the museum in a month from the 3D scanning. Your figure will be shipped 1 month after the 3D scanning if you choose delivery service.
  • Letter Pack charge is included in the Annual Pass plan.
  • 3D figures with residency in the museum will be placed at the chosen area 1 month after the 3D scanning.
  • Light plan requires the purchase of a separate admission passport.

  • SMALL WORLDS is one of the world’s largest indoor miniature museums, located in Ariake, Tokyo, near the popular Odaiba area.
    The facility covers approximately 7,000 square meters and features meticulously crafted 1/80 scale miniature worlds created using advanced technologies such as 3D scanning and precision modeling.

    We recommend using nearby bicycle parking facilities if necessary.

    ・ For safety reasons, filming while walking is not permitted
    ・ Commercial photography requires prior approval

  • Yes. Coin lockers are available near the 1st floor exit hall.
    Large luggage that does not fit in the lockers can be stored at the ticket counter (paid service).

  • Yes. Diaper changing facilities are available in the nursing room.

  • The following items are prohibited:
    ・ Dangerous items such as knives, explosives, or weapons (including replicas)
    ・ Drones or remote-controlled aircraft
    ・ Alcohol
    ・ Food and drinks (except for allergy-related needs)
    ・ Pets or animals (except service animals)
    Small snacks for children, candy, gum, water bottles, and drinks are allowed.

  • No. There are no smoking areas inside the museum or nearby.

  • Normally there are no entry restrictions.
    However, admission may be temporarily limited during busy periods for safety reasons.

  • Yes. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome.

  • Pets are generally not allowed except for service animals.
    However, on specific dates each month (10–12 and 21–23), visitors may enter with pets under certain conditions (except on the 2nd floor).

  • Food and drinks are generally not allowed.
    However, guests with food allergies may bring their own food if another member of their group orders from the café menu.

Figure Program

  • This program allows you to create a 1/80 scale miniature figure of yourself using a 3D scanner and place it inside your favorite area of the miniature world.

  • In the Evangelion Hangar Area, visitors can wear a NERV worker costume provided by the museum for the scan.
    For other resident programs, costumes are generally not allowed.
    However, casual cosplay for personal photos is permitted inside the museum.

  • Yes. Using a 3D scanner, we can create a 1/80 scale miniature figure of yourself.
    You can either:
    ・ Place it in the museum for one year (Resident Plan)
    ・ Take it home as a souvenir

  • No reservation is required.
    Orders are accepted at the Figure Studio on the day of your visit.

  • The process is:
    Reception → Scan → Confirmation → Payment
    If everything runs smoothly, the process takes about 5–10 minutes per person.
    Delivery time for the finished figure may vary depending on the season.
