Who We Are
For more than 23 years, SkyView Technology has supported growing businesses with steady, practical IT support.
What started as one advisor helping business owners make sense of their technology decisions has grown into a trusted IT partner across Charlotte, Charleston, Chicago, and beyond. While the company has expanded, the approach has stayed the same: keep it personal, keep it honest, and do the work properly.
SkyView is privately owned. There are no outside investors and no sales quotas influencing recommendations. Michael remains the sole business decision-maker, which allows us to focus on long-term relationships rather than short-term revenue.

Meet Michael, Our Founder & CEO
Michael Camodeca built SkyView by listening first.
Early in his career, while teaching and providing hands-on IT support, he saw how overwhelmed business owners were. They were not looking for technical talk; they wanted practical advice they could trust. That need shaped the way he works to this day.
With more than two decades of consulting experience, Michael now advises leadership teams on network changes, cybersecurity insurance reviews, AI adoption, budgeting, and long-term IT planning. Clients turn to him when decisions carry weight and risk needs to be understood in plain terms.
Beyond his role as CEO, Michael is a dedicated family man. He balances his work with life at home alongside his wife and three daughters. His commitment to both business and family reflects the values behind SkyView itself: responsibility, consistency, and doing things the right way.
SkyView Technology Awards
SkyView Technology, as well as our President/CEO Michael Camodeca, have both been awarded and recognized as experts by a number of national media outlets including Fox News and the LA Times.
Support That Feels Personal
Our team is consistent. The average staff tenure is six years. Michele, our Operations Manager and Executive Administrator, has been with SkyView since 2018. Michael and Michele are often referred to as “M&M,” a reflection of the close, dependable partnership clients experience.
Each of our clients has a dedicated engineer who understands their network inside and out. That familiarity matters. You do not have to re-explain your setup every time you need help.
At its core, SkyView is built around familiarity and accountability. You know who you are calling, and you can trust the answer you receive.
That is why many of our client relationships span over 15 years.
Our Values in Practice
The way we work is shaped by a few steady principles. These are not slogans; they are habits practiced daily by a team that takes responsibility for the systems and infrastructure our clients rely on.
Productivity comes first.
If your team is slowed down by technology, we address it. Systems should support daily work, not interfere with it.
Your growth matters.
As your business changes, your IT plan should reflect that. We review, adjust, and plan ahead so technology keeps pace with your goals.
Solutions tailored to you.
We do not apply templates without understanding how your organization operates. We ask questions, review carefully, and then make recommendations.
Proactive, not reactive.
Monitoring, maintenance, and planning are part of the service. The goal is fewer surprises and fewer disruptions.
Trust through transparency.
You will know what work is being done and why. Costs are explained. Options are discussed. Trade-offs
are clear.
How We Approach Every Engagement
Good IT support starts with understanding the business behind it.
Over the years, we have found that the best outcomes come from a simple, consistent process. It keeps conversations focused and decisions grounded in what matters to your organization.
1. Meeting
Every engagement starts with a conversation.
We sit down with leadership and key team members to understand how your business operates day-to-day: what is working well, what causes frustration, where risk may exist, and where growth is planned.
3. Planning
Based on what we learn, we develop a practical plan.
That may include support structure, cybersecurity improvements, hardware refresh timelines, or longer-term strategy. Recommendations are prioritized, options are explained, and costs are outlined clearly.
2. Understanding
Next, we review your systems in detail.
We look at infrastructure, security controls, software, backups, documentation, vendor relationships, and support processes. We identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas that deserve attention.
4. Delivering
Technology decisions carry financial and operational impact. We believe you should understand them.
We walk through the reasoning behind each recommendation in plain language. We explain trade-offs and answer questions directly, so you and your team fully understand the technology.
SkyView Technology: Built on Relationships. Backed by Experience.
Technology plays a quiet but critical role in every business. When it works well, people barely notice it. When it does not, everything feels harder.
SkyView Technology aims to remove that weight from business owners through steady support, thoughtful advice, and familiar faces who take responsibility for the outcome.
We have grown over the past 23 years because clients stay. They stay because they trust the guidance. They know who to call. They feel supported rather than being sold to.
If you are reviewing your current infrastructure, planning for growth, or simply want a second opinion, we are happy to have a conversation.
There is no pressure and no obligation. We can talk through what is working, what is not, and where you may want a fresh perspective.
