James Parady | Owner
With over 20 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, James Parady brings deep industry knowledge across a wide range of sectors—including service-based businesses, retail, transportation, cannabis, hospitality, e-commerce, and restaurants.
James earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, in 2007. His passion for finance began early; by high school, he was already immersed in the financial world.
In 2004, James took on the role of Treasurer at his hometown church in Milford, CT, marking his entry into nonprofit financial management. Since then, his experience has steadily expanded across diverse industries, providing him with the well-rounded expertise his clients rely on today. In 2015, he founded Parady Bookkeeping Services. Then in 2022, changed the name and formation to Skybridge Bookkeeping LLC.
As the founder of Skybridge Bookkeeping, James now partners with small businesses to provide clarity, control, and confidence in their financial operations.
Nathan
Nathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut, in 2023. He began his accounting career as an Auditor with Ernst & Young in Hartford, Connecticut, while also assisting with Skybridge projects on occasion.
Through his work with Skybridge, Nathan discovered a passion for bookkeeping and gained valuable insight into helping businesses manage their financial operations. After leaving Ernst & Young, he joined another CPA firm, where he primarily focused on tax accounting. This experience further strengthened his interest in both taxation and bookkeeping while broadening his expertise across a variety of industries.
Recognizing the opportunity to continue developing his skills while making a meaningful impact for clients, Nathan chose to join Skybridge full-time. He is committed to helping business owners gain clarity and confidence in their financials while continuing to expand his knowledge and experience in the accounting profession. As part of his ongoing professional development, Nathan is currently pursuing his goal of becoming an Enrolled Agent.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys staying active and is currently training to run several 5K races during summers, with the goal of completing his first half marathon next spring. He also enjoys attending church, singing karaoke, traveling when he has the opportunity, and spending time with friends and family.
Violeta
Results-driven Financial Accountant and Analyst with 14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial reporting. Known for a strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to delivering accurate and insightful financial information that supports sound business decisions.
I’ve worked with several areas in the industry such as factories, maquilas, software engineer companies and personal taxes.
I love all outdoor activities such as rock climbing, camping, hiking and all activities that involve nature. I like personal and professional challenges.
