The main goal of the SKILLAB project is to develop an intelligent skills shortage identification platform to support organizations of any size in holistically identifying required and possessed skills, steering human resource management strategies, and supporting individuals both within a company as well as unemployed professionals and European citizens wishing to enter in a specific market field or invest in lifelong learning.
