Hi everyone! I'm just giving you guys a heads up that today, I've begun the process of deleting old posts on this journal. Due to personal reasons and some life changes, I'm attempting to maintain better control of my internet privacy and drop some pretty serious baggage in the process.

I was never a very prolific writer, but I do know that a few people are following me here in order to access my fanfic. I've deleted most of it (and honestly, the rest may follow soon), but if you'd like to keep a copy for yourself please let me know and I'll be happy to send you the file for your own personal use. (This goes for other stuff as well, like any "letters" or personal things you remember me writing for you.) bearbees is also gone, but has long been mirrored on my DW writing comm, aestivates.

Hey guys! Just giving you the heads-up that I'm defriending LJ friends who crosspost from DW. No hard feelings obviously (we're still friends on DW!) it's just that I'm still reading my LJ flist daily so it's getting a little deja vu up in here, ahah.

As for my personal stance on the LJ/DW issues right now, I'm sort of on... hiatus from posting here, but I'm not going to make any Final Decisions for a few months yet, while I try to get used to all of the changes that are going to be rolling out soon. I'm still keeping up with communities and commenting here and there, so I haven't totally abandoned LJ yet--but I'm no longer going to keep paying for my account because even if the design changes were tolerable, the staff attitude sure isn't and hasn't been for a long while. :T I'm all set to start a paid DW account, on the other hand--they've proven to be nothing but friendly, accommodating, and fantastic listeners. They're the kind of people who deserve to be supported. If anyone still needs to be convinced of this, or just to understand what the big deal about DW is, this is an excellent comprehensive write-up on basically everything.

SO YES tl;dr: no more posts here for the foreseeable future, still reading LJ flist so don't worry about that, defriending crossposters for the sake of tidiness, add napple if you'd like! ♥ I'm posting on DW and don't plan on crossposting, as I'd like to keep everything separate. I'm sorry if this means you won't be able to read my stuff anymore! You're also welcome to keep up with me on plurk, of course. :)

I randomly want to start a Pokémon blogcrew. *starts*

1. Comment with any character or a random Pokémon, or one of each. If character, please indicate if they're from the games, anime, Pokémon Adventures, or another series. If Pokémon, please include its number in the National Pokédex, as that's how they're being sorted.
2. Evolutions count as separate entities, meaning X can take Growlithe and Y can take Arcanine.
3. Paste one or both of the codes in the textboxes in your userinfo (or somewhere on your journal). Alter the colours however you want. I'm stealing Cassie's because it's prettier than anything I could come up with. :|
4. We'll use the North American names for everything, for clarity's sake. If it really bothers you, you can use the Japanese name in your code, but it'll be American here.

IMPORTANT: If you delete or rename your journal (as in, it shows up struck out), your claim will be deleted unless you come back and notify me of the change. Thank you.
