Background: Storytelling at Scale
Before I began automating media production, I spent a decade mastering the craft of storytelling across every medium—from broadcast television to silicon valley accelerators.
I don't believe you can automate what you don't understand. My engineering systems are built on a foundation of “doing the work”:
- TV & Satire: I worked as a Senior Correspondent for Comedy Central and produced segments for Discovery, reaching millions of viewers with satirical content (shows like Trumplandia, Lercio).
- The Viral Era: As a pre-algorithmic YouTuber, I generated over 1M organic views per video through pure narrative structure, long before “growth hacking” existed.
- Performance: I spent years on stage teaching improvisation (coming from the iO Theater and The Second City) and behind the mic as a voice actor for anime franchises like Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gundam, and Code Geass.
- The Bridge: I am a graduate of YCombinator’s Startup School and studied Architecture and Industrial Design, before moving to the US to study Marketing and Media Production. This is where the messy world of art collided with the rigid world of systems.

Career: Industry 5.0
Today, I apply that diverse background to a single mission: Creative Engineering.
I spent the last 10 years in the US tech sector (most notably at GoHealth and other start-ups in Chicago) building systems that allow creative teams to scale. I realized that by using AI to handle the “boring” parts of production—compliance, resizing, versioning—we could liberate humans to do what they do best: Create.
This is the philosophy behind Hoomane, my agency that delivers broadcast-quality video with the speed of software.
Visual Engineering (Photography)
My photography is the visual counterpart to my engineering work: it is an exercise in structure, geometry, and the “decisive moment.” Influenced by the Magnum aesthetic and Soto Zen, I document the friction between humans and the environments they build.
