The delivery time for different zones in Europe and around the world varies depending on the distance. Our system automatically calculates an estimated delivery time for each individual product. To get the most accurate estimated delivery time, open the online store closest to you from our network and check the last line to the right of the product price (in the desktop version) or just above the price (in the mobile version).

All orders placed before 16:00 on a business day and with stock available in the central warehouse are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are processed on the next business day.
Orders within Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania are delivered via a courier selected by the customer (Speedy / DPD for Greece, Bulgaria and Romania). If you would like the delivery to be made to a courier office, please indicate the most convenient office for you in the order comments (there is no difference in price between delivery to door or office). Shipments to countries other than Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania are sent by ground transport via DHL.

FREE SHIPPING
For some of the local stores, we offer a free shipping option within the respective country when a certain order amount is reached. In cases where such an option is available but the customer still selects paid shipping, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit to be used for a future order, via direct bank transfer, or the difference will simply be deducted in cases where the "Cash on Delivery" payment option is selected.
