The Caliente household is home to your favourite Caliente Dina, her husband Randy and their only son Zee Caliente.

Randy opened a new business – Adventure Golf Course, it reached Rank 1 mainly thanks to playing kicky bag with the customers. They forgot to visit Hot Electronics this week.

Zee celebrated his birthday into teenhood.

Randy reached the top of his business career so we were able to open another Business District and increase the SM and get more CAS points.

It feels like I’ve been waiting forever for just one Business Tycoon, but of course they’re like buses and the next day Dina Caliente also tops her career. It’s a very good week for Courtmoor.

Randy grows up to an elder and we end the week merrily. The family paid $20,000 in taxes. Which brings about more great news – Courtmoor can now open a second university! You will see some new faces at the end of the week in Vedis Kappa.

The Picaso household is home to the newly elder-fied Matthew and Jessica and their two sons: Richard and Yale.

Richard spent the week wooing Timandra Summerdream in the hopes that they’d eventually go steady.

Matthew had a quick stop at Picaso’s Party which was at Rank 6.

Yale enjoyed a birthday to teen.

Matthew reached the top of his career and Jessica got her Anniversary party so the pair are both permaplat!

They opened some businesses. First, Picaso’s Pitch which is a small lot that is an AstroTurf pitch. It stayed at Rank 0 and I doubt it’ll get much higher than that.

Then they made Picaso’s Spa and Sauna which is a work in progress and also at Rank 0 while I get how this business will work. Eventually it will have a swimming pool and be very fancy but for now it’s two saunas and two massage tables.

They paid $10,000 in taxes.

First up before we get into the massive Lawson family, Maverick moved out to university. He had no maxed skills and barely any to begin with so why he was the chosen twin to go to university is beyond me. But he’s there now and we’ll see him in Phi Ox Den at the end of the rotation.

The Lawson house was beyond full. Bianca (previously Monty) and her husband Mitch have a lot of kids. Maverick and his twin Mordecai are the oldest, followed by mixed twins Quade and Quintina, more mixed twins Xerxes and Xandria and little Drake is the youngest.

It’s so hard trying to care for them all and make them do homework that the week flew by with not a lot of focus for story or anything except highlights.

Tensions were high in the household with a lot of unhappy sims. They didn’t even change their weather properly so are technically a day behind season-wise.

Oh and this is Quintina starting on Mordecai because she is the unhappiest of them all.

Mitch reached the top of the Law Enforcement career! This opens an additional career in the Journalism field.

As always in a  big family, birthdays happen and seemingly it’s on the same night. What are the odds. First Drake becomes a child.

And Mordecai becomes an adult! He got a career in Journalism. He was one point off maxing the Logic skill but we don’t get anything for that except frustrated. He then reignites his romance with Angela Pleasant.

Speaking of romance (and the event that got Quintina out of her terrible mood) – something blossomed between Phil Curious and Quintina.

A visit to the business makes Lawson’s Toy Store reach Rank 4!

And Bianca is going to spend a lot of time pregnant. She discovered she was pregnant and will have her 8th child next rotation.

They paid $10,000 in taxes at the end of the week – they could have paid a lot more but I felt it was necessary to upgrade some of the furniture and expand their home a little.

The extended family of Antonio Lesk (previously Monty) were hit hard by his death. Benedick especially.

They Monty’s were happy otherwise. Also in the household is Benedick’s wife Brittany and their children Vincent and Winola.

And although we thought the family was complete, it was about to get a new nooboo very soon.

Vincent celebrated his birthday to teen.

Very shortly after twins Hugo and Holly were born, Brittany fell pregnant once again. Both Benedick and Brittany wanted to round up to make 10.

More birthdays: Hugo and Holly became toddlers.

And on the same evening, Winola became a teenager.

On the morning before the rotation ended, Brittany gave birth to another daughter and the 100th sim in Courtmoor: Isobel Monty. The family paid $15,000 in taxes and due to the whole population boom they actually forgot to visit their business.

Last time Beatrix’s previous husband had died of starvation after finding Beatrix in bed with Sophie Miguel. Now Beatrix wanted to marry Sophie and so she did – they became Beatrix and Sophie Lesk. But for how long?

Harper, Beatrix’s only daughter, went around the businesses – that’s right plural. First she checked up on Party with the Dead (and dropped off some tombstones) then headed over to her new business: Livin’ on a Spare

She managed to do this with a wish from a genie (wealth) and Sophie brought in a lot of money.

The end was nearing for Beatrix and she wanted to rid Courtmoor of as many sims as she could. That’s why she cheated on Sophie with Alvin Futa. Just a kiss, but it was enough to drive Sophie away.

Using a shiny new toy, Beatrix could manipulate the weather. Too much hail and not enough brain power to move inside, Sophie was gone.

She moved on incredibly quickly, marrying Alvin who got a job in the Education caree as well as bringing in a lot more cash.

It was here that Beatrix rolled the want to woohoo 20 different sims. Not to marry them, but another 7 sims to woohoo with? Sounded easy. She has 13 under her belt so far.She was close with Antonio Monty so she thought, if Alvin were asleep upstairs, maybe they could quietly woohoo in the hot tub.

No such luck.Alvin caught her with Antonio and the rules mean she must marry Antonio after Alvin’s death.

Now, this messes up the whole thing quite a bit so I’m going to go against my own rules and, if everything goes to plan, move Antonio in mid-week. I’m allowing it because he is 71 days old with a very full bar so he won’t make it to next rotation and I don’t think Beatrix will either and she has goals that we can reach.

While Alvin was chilling out in the hot tub, Beatrix encourage mother nature to bring on some rain, maybe lightning but mother nature had other plans.

In one sense, it did the job. Alvin Lesk was no longer with us. But Harper got caught in the flames too. Beatrix was days away from death with no heir.

As Antonio was around, though he only narrowly missed the flames – Beatrix had to call for emergency services once things got seriously out of control – she decided to marry Antonio Monty, making him Antonio Lesk.

Then she remember the lamp. Beatrix wished for Harper back but had to sift through all the names in the graveyard to find her. With only one wish left, an idea struck…

Courtney Moore was back. Courtney would stay in the Lesk household until the end of the week, then she’d leave to pick up from where she left off.

Having been so close to death and overcome it, Beatrix decided to live dangerously once more. She invited over Darren Dreamer, another neighbour to tear the town apart. Antonio was not pleased.

Though he wasn’t around for long to complain. Beatrix greets death like an old friend.

Though when it was her turn, and she’d lived a long life, she didn’t want to accept it.

Neither did Harper, but we were all out of wishes. Harper paid $70,000 in taxes.

So ends the week and this challenge! Beatrix managed to successfully marry, cheat on and kill 11 spouses: William Lesk, Joe Carr, Brandi LeTourneau, Kennedy Cox, Lazlo Curious, Nina Caliente, Jessica Ebadi, Abhijeet Deppiesse, Sophie Miguel, Alvin Futa and Antonio Monty – Darren Dreamer was next but he survived. From now on the Lesk household will just be a normal family once Harper gets back on her feet.

So I decided to install Seasons, this means instead of weekly titles it’s now by seasons. So we’re on Week 15 Curious which now translates to Autumn, Year 4. I also went a bit wild with the mods, I’ve never had mods before! Originally it was just to make the weather 7 days long but there’s so much out there! (It’s mainly aesthetic stuff and the trips and quads AND the full house mode – I probably won’t use that one very much I just like the option, I’m normally one for smaller families which is why the chances for trips and quads is on it’s default setting)

So this is all very exciting! Anyway, to the Curious household.

The house belongs to Electra who married Dragon Phoenix (picture above with his dog Poff and brother Ash Phoenix) now Dragon Curious. They have twin children Phil and Pamela as well as two Servos Locke and Clank.Locke, female, created by Vidcund and then Clank, male, created by Locke.

Poff was given up. Since installing Seasons the LTWs have done the old switcheroo again and now Dragon would rather top the medical career than raise 20 puppies or kittens.

Locke maxed all of her skills, completing her LTW! She now wants to top the Education career which I will allow once she tops Business. Clank has also maxed all skills and wants to top a career as part of his LTW but both will top Business first. Both ended the week as CEO in business career meaning next week we’ll hopefully have two more business tycoons!

To the businesses! Curious City reached Rank 3. Locke Robotics made it all the way up to Rank 8. They then opened a new business: a restaurant named The Silver Dragon, it reached Rank 5 once we enlisted some help from Dragon. This opens one slot in the culinary career.

Whilst running around their businesses, Locke and Clank got married!

Electra became a Hall of Famer which had been her LTW for so long. But because of the switch around her new LTW is to marry off 6 children. Not gonna happen. Which is such a shame.

The family paid $110,000 in taxes – many thanks to Locke and Clank for that one. They are – quite literally – money making machines. I’m expecting great things next time we visit these guys.

The Londer family are the descendents of Ajay Loner. His son Freddie lives with his with Ivy (previously Copur) and his sons Umberto and alien Ozni.

Ivy reached the top of the Architect career!

They had a dream date at Solitario and bumped it up to Rank 7. Loner Lamps regains customer stars and returned to Rank 7. Andrea’s Flower Garden made it’s way back up to Rank 6 having dropped down through the rotation.

It was more of a go around and check on the businesses rather than work hard at them. Though they did make a bit more money than usual now that Freddie can Dazzle the customers.

Then there was a parade of birthdays. First Umberto becoming a teenager.

As well as Freddie and Ivy becoming elders – also, I used the architect drawing table for the first tmie and thought it was cool but then later realised that it’s making my actual photographs like this? Uncool. And I’m not even 100% sure how to fix it.

Umberto snuck out with Marsha Bruenig – I’m trying to see how compatible the two are. Umberto is heir and we need to be thinking about his future.

They paid $50,000 in taxes

Gertrude was finally getting to go to college! As she’ll go off and age into a YA it’s fair to let the maxed skills she achieved open up jobs for the rest of Courtmoor. She actually maxed Charisma, Body, Logic and Creativity but I think only two of those will open new jobs. Good show Gertrude.

At this point I also used a CAS point to make a new uni student to move in with Gertrude and the other guys at Phi Ox Den (mainly to change the household name from Summerdream, since Puck moved in first, to something else)

Gertrude leaves her parents Lucy and Columbus and her younger sister Kendra at home.

Then it was time for Lucy and Columbus to do the rounds on their businesses. They visited the Music Store and raised it to Rank 6

Then Kendra’s Kitchens reached Rank 4 despite Kendra not working there a day in her life.

Then forgetting to take photographs, they followed through to Bookdives (Rank 8), Dives on In (Rank 5) and Alfredo’s Boutique (Rank 7).

Kendra had an interesting week. First she locked lips with Ozni Loner. And yes, I am planning for this to continue into adulthood as long as nothing else gets in the way of these guys.

A genie lamp was delivered to their door. They really didn’t need it, but Kendra used two wishes for wealth anyway.

She then changed her outlook on life. Her LTW was to have 20 lovers simultaneously which I don’t want Kendra to do. Now she wants to eat 200 grilled cheese sandwiches.

Later in the week, Columbus and Lucy went back to The Music Store since this is their most profitable store and raised it to Rank 7. The family then paid a whopping $200,000 to taxes. I’ve got the feeling that the next university will be named after these guys (again)

We start a new week with the Phoenix family! Ash Phoenix and his wife Meadow have four children: Isaac, the oldest and heir, teins Jack and Josephine and Noah. Ash has used up all his vacation days and has decided to retired from the Slacker career

Ash found actual buried treasure on the very first morning and tried to sell it at his business Buried Treasure. It didn’t sell as it was super expensive but he still sold it in buy mode for a nice profit. Buried Treasure made it to Rank 7!

The next day, Ash checked in on Phoenix Phishing Spot which got a little bit of an upgrade (hello indoor plumbing) and reached Rank 3.

The following day he visited Phoenix Nights which stayed at Rank 9, though it is very close to getting back up to Rank 10. He started charging some customers $50+ to get in too.

Then everyone got into the work/school/play rhythm and were content pretty much all week.

Isaac did not grow up well. As heir, he was excluded from being able to apply to University and he didn’t actually get up to all that much as a teen. He did get a position in the Slacker career.

He also grew up with maxed Body and Logic – though the body doesn’t get us anything, the Logic opens another career position in Science!

They also got a gift from the matchmaking lady.  Isaac used all three wishes – two for money and one for beauty. After an incredibly successful week the family paid $70,000 in taxes.

Puck Summerdream is a Sophomore at Courtmoor University, and this week will not be the only student! His younger sister Bottom Summerdream and Dustin Broke are joining the college as Freshman.

Puck has a lifelong dream of being in the military so this term he declared his major: Political Science. Dustin also has career goals so declared Psychology as his major in the hopes it will get him to Captain Hero sooner. Bottom remains undeclared.

The three visit some community lots mainly so Dustin can befriend the secret society members. The plan is simple – befriend the secret members, see about using that grim phoen and reviving Courtney Moore then eternal glory.

We’re not 100% if this will work yet, but the end goal is to try and bring back Courtney Moore (we still have her grave in Party with the Dead) and this is Plan A.

At the end of both terms all three of them get A+’s and make it on to the Dean’s list. Dustin almost didn’t and had to influence someone to write his term paper while he caught up on some z’s. They all got a painting worth $2,200
