Already Vedis Kappa is half full! From left to right we have; Gunnar Roque, Junior, History Major. Monica Bratford, Sophomore, was an Art major but changed it to Literature. Tiffany Sampson, Freshman was a Literature major but is now Economics and Renee Johnson, also a Freshman with an undeclared Major. Renee had an empty bar at the beginning of the semester so when she finishes her finals, that’s when this chapter ends.

Gunnar and Tiffany had a dream date since they were compatible and Gunnar had the want to woohoo. They are an unusual pairing but I’m excited for them!

After the first set of finals (which everyone aced) Renee declared the Literature major simply because she wanted to. The others have their majors based on their career focused LTWs.

Tiffany and Gunnar continued to date and go places. Unfortunatly neither of them want to get engaged ( as an actual fear. Just as I was imagining a little wedding and thinking how interesting Gunnar’s kids would look)

Renee also had her first kiss with Wren Midlock since she kept rolling that want. I doubt anything more will happen between he pair, though she is only a Freshman.

She was the last to complete her year of study but everyone got A+ and passed their year with flying colours. They were all rewarded an item worth $2,000.

And so ends the household rotation of Courtmoor, and we move on to the universities. There are two open universities Phi Ox Den and Vedis Kappa. Currently in Phi Ox Den is Puck Summerdream (Junior), Bottom Summerdream and Dustin Broke (Sophomore) and just joining as Freshman is Maverick Lawson, Gertrude Dives and a new CAS sim Trina Doc.

Puck is studying Political Science, Bottom Biology, Dustin Psychology, Maverick and Trina are studying Drama and Gertrude is undeclared. Maverick is one hour behind the others so when he has finished his finals, that will be the end point for this chapter.

Nothing much happened except for studying. Although Bottom and Trina got together. Trina did not accept Bottom’s proposal, which is sad. These guys have three bolts.

It wasn’t until second semester that Trina decided she wanted to be with Bottom.

They all got A+ in all of their finals. The system is is that whatever is in the household is divided by the members of the household – on this occasion they all got an egg thing worth $3,500 (which Puck actually got on his first term!) with a nice sum leftover to invest in new beds and better dorm rooms!

A new family joined Courtmoor, it’s another household that will act similar to the Una household where it can be a household to put spare and single sims. I’m thinking ahead for when sims finish university and there may not be enough space in the Una household.

Anyway, you’re familiar with these gals. I’ll be referring to their surname that they SHOULD have (since I plan on marrying them to either heirs of other households or CAS sims especially) so meet Lola Curious, Kristen Loste, Erin Beaker and Chloe Curious.

Lola took a career in Journalism, Erin took a career in Architecture, Kristen took a job in Intelligence and Chloe got a career in Science. A lot of those aren’t what they wanted so they might change but for now they desperatly need money.

The invited the entire welcome wagon in on the first day and realised there were a lot of old people in Courtmoor – they may well be single forever.

Their house, after a quick refurb, is worth 21K – this was partway through the refurb but I figure that’s fair enough for a new household. So they paid $2,100, on a day when Kristen got a promotion.

A bad chance card got Lola fired on her first day. Later in the week she found a new job in Education.

She needed a date to boost her spirits and she asked her good friend Isaac Phoenix over. He said yes and they had a dream date.

On the last evening, Russ Bear thought this house looked like a good enough spot to loot (despite there being pretty much no furniture) – alas, he was stopped by Demi Love, police officer wonder woman.

This is how they finished the week, Lola has been depressed painting and then dating Isaac whereas the other three ladies have been focusing on their career. Next rotation, they will hopefully find love.

Welcome back to Courtmoor’s Queen Bee Challenge with Queenie Bee and her husband Amin Simpson (I’m playing by slightly altered rules to make it easier for my BaCC) – they have one son so far, Gavin Simpson who is just a baby.

And it wasn’t long until Queenie started showing her pregnancy! The second baby is on the way.

Here’s as good a time as any to say that the family home is worth 31K so the family will be paying $3,100 until it is reassesed like the other houses. Another exception for Queenie’s household is when she marries, if the new spouse has a lot of inventory and brings in a lot of cash we’ll probably donate extra to the taxes to make it some kind of fair.

Gavin grew into a toddler. He got some smart milk and completed all of his toddler skills within the first day or so.

Then Queenie gave birth to triplets! Amin is holding Maggie, Murray is on the floor and Queenie is holding Marge. It’s scary because I will now have to raise triplets as well as a small toddler. It’s also so very tempting to get the last two children out of the way in the few days of the week we have left… But raising these three are going to be a challenge, I can tell.

The triplets actually ran like clockwork so it wasn’t all too bad. Then they had birthdays to toddlers which will probably not be as easy as three babies. First Marge, then Murray, and finally Maggie.

Thankfully Gavin also had his birthday on the same night.

With three toddlers it’s a chaotic to even find time to try for a baby – they do though. You’ll have to see next time whether or not it is successful. At least all three toddlers got some smart milk in them.

The Pleasant household is home to Mary-Sue and Daniel Pleasant, now elders, and their daughter Angela who is their heir. Angela’s twin Lilith moved next door with the Dreamer family (and started popping out a lot of kids!)

Near the beginning of the week their home is valued at just over $30K so the family cough up $3,000 for taxes.

It’s time for Angela to marry and have children of her own, though she will be going at a slower pace than her twin. She proposes to Mordecai Lawson, though he doesn’t move in. (He’ll move in at the end of the week as he’s already been played this rotation)

Daniel became a Hall of Famer and then we almost miss his death. He left a generous inheritance to his family.

Mordecai visits frequently and toward the end of the week it becomes clear that Angela is expecting his child.

He’s ecstatic, from a big family himself he is delighted to hear such good news. They marry!

Mary-Sue opens an Outdoor Ice Skating Rink called Ice Square. It’s Rank 0 and remains free of charge until we can get more on the business.

This rotation started with the quick wedding of Dirk Dreamer and Lilith Pleasant!

As well as a breakdown and birthday from Darren Dreamer – he was upset because the windsept romance between him and Beatrice Lesk was cut short thanks to her death. He was next on her Black Widow challenge list but survived.

Dirk and Lilith waste no time in making nooboos! One of their LTW is to marry off 6 kids (what is it with these sims of Courtmoor, neither of them are a family sim yet this is Dirk’s LTW?)

They suffer a burglary, despite Darren’s criminal connections and Lilith being in the law enforcement.

Dirk did a quick visit to the family dance studio but didn’t increase it’s rank. The family home is worth $22K, Business is 31K, so they paid 5.3K tax then redid the home but it was actually worse than when we started.

But it will soon be a home to the next generation of Dreamer’s. Their first born is a girl: Kylie Dreamer.

It isn’t long until Lilith finds out she is pregnant once again.

Kylie has her birthday into toddlerhood.

On the last morning Lilith gives birth to THREE more daughters! Dirk is holding Lucy, Lexi is on the floor and Lavender is the youngest of the three held by Lilith. This house has a lot of L and D names, I will no doubt get them mixed up. Until next time though.

Brandi Broke and her two sons Beau and Brett were residing happily in Courtmoor. Her oldest Dustin is at university.

Courtmoor has now unlocked food delivery service being that the population is closer to 5K and I just forgot about delieries unlocking. The Broke family was the first to take advantage of the service.

Beau wanted to get into private school so they invited BJ over. It was very close but they did get accepted.

Brett also had his birthday too teenager.

As a teen he got a job in Culinary. After one shift he topped it.

House is worth 18K so they paid $1,800 near the beginning of the week to get it out of the way. These guys are skint all of the time and I really don’t understand how. Maybe it’s because Brandi is a single mum in the Architect career which is pretty low-paying especially at the start?

The Una housheold is home to Natasha Una, Romeo Monty and Beatrice Monty. This house is a haven for sims who aren’t heirs and don’t want to make new houses of their own. A household that’s only goal is to make money and have fun.

Beatrice Monty topped the Business career this rotation! This means we can open another business district.

Romeo finally aged into an elder.

As a reward for all the brilliant things Beatrice has done for Courtmoor I allowed her a day off to work on her LTW of haviing 50 first dates. As long as she was only friendly and these were mate dates I thought this would be easy.

But for some reason Beatrice can’t keep her hands to herself. I hope this doesn’t complicate matters. Beatrice is engaged to Puck Summerdream and Angela Pleasant here is intended to Mordecai Lawson.

Before the week was out Romeo topped his career in the military and Natasha topped her career in Law Enforcement.

Their home was worth 33K so they paid $3,300 in taxes. Then I demolished the insides of the house to rebuild it, make it better and then ran out of cash. It’s worth a lot more now so their taxes will definitely go up on assessment.

Welcome back to the Summerdream household. If you’re just reading the 10 Baby challenge parts then I have to apologise – there’s a lot of catching up in all the parts due to the nature of the BACC, but hey-oh!

Titania and Oberon are aiming to raise 10 kids to Young Adult / Adult. So far they’ve had Puck, Bottom, twins Timandra and Theseus, Alonso, Emilia and twin boys Feeble and Fenton. To make it fair for everyone they’ll actually be having 10 kids born in game – so we’re no longer counting Puck and Bottom for the challenge but it means the pair will have 12 kids overall.

First up, Titania visited the family business Summer Shack which had been improved last week. However, it stayed at Rank 4.

And, since this is a household full of kids there is a stream of birthdays. First Emilia’s birthday to child.

The youngest set of twins grew up to toddlers: Fenton followed by Feeble

Then with two toddlers running around it got a little crazy, of course.

So taxes are 5-10% of businesses and home worth. Summerdream home is worth 33K and Summer Shack is 31K. So on a day where both Titania and Oberon got promotions the family paid $6,400.

Then the next day Titania got demoted but because the taxes are fair now they didn’t feel too much of a strain!

The younger twins Feeble and Fenton celebrated birthdays once again.

Followed by Alonso. This is pre make-over. He needs the Summerdream paint identifier.

Theseus and Sarah Tellerman went on a dream date. Before Sarah’s little sister was born she was an only child and I’d planned on these two getting together. Now they both want to go to university so I don’t know if that will happen or not. It’s still cute for now at least.

Because this part felt so sparse as there was no new children and so many birthdays here is a family shot. It’s more than likely that Timandra and Theseus will go to university next rotation if there is space, and if not they’ll age up and be able to move out. The Summerdreams need another 4 nooboos to get the 10 kids, then it’s just the small matter of raising them.

Note: Titania and Oberon have both had elixir this rotation. I can’t remember the rules exactly when it comes to elixir, but we’re playing it loosely and for fun anyway so it doesn’t matter too much.

Welcome to the Tellerman household! Living here are Mercutio (formerly Monty), Jan and their daughter Sarah. Sarah just got into private school.

And a quick note before we go any further, I’ve added a new household to the neighbourhood (another new one, I know!) as well as some extra students into Vedis Kappa.

Mercutio reached the top of the Law Enforcement career, this opens another career in Journalism and he is now permaplat!

Jan was a few days away from elderhood without me realising so we may have accidently clicked try for a baby. Welcome another girl Juniper Tellerman!

The family was rewarded a magic lamp! These seem to be getting more and more frequent which I like.

The day after Juniper was born and it was Jan’s birthday. Juniper was a later in life baby for these guys. Jan is rolling wants for grandkids and Juniper has ignited some kind of Family want in Mercutio who is now wanting more kids. I honestly thought they were done with kid, and they are now but I don’t know if they’ll live to see grandkids?

From now on taxes will be around about 10%, I’ve been very harsh with taxes since I really wanted these guys to get the universities so I’ve been deducting big lump sums. So we’ll stop doing that and focus on building businesses and cosy homes.

Tellerman’s Groceries is worth $51K (Rank 8) and the home is worth 21K so until I reassess their values (which I plan to do at the end of each Year, as in after the four seasons) it might go up or down depending on if they increase their home/business value or open new businesses. For now, they have to pay between 5-10% of their business and home worth. So the Tellerman’s cough up 10% which is $7,200 in taxes. I did this at near enough the beginning of the week – definitely before improving their home so I’ll do this with everyone. Then at the beginning of Year 5 we’ll reassess.

Hopefully this will now allow people to make enough money at home to start thinking about Private universities or, if they’re comfortable, I’ll deduct large sums but that’s not going to be mandatory anymore.

With money left over from promotions etc they buy a business lot! But since I can’t think of anything ingenius to put on there yet it’s just an empty lot for now. We’ll build something great on here in Winter.

On the last day of the rotation, Juniper aged into a toddler. I’m not sure which of the girls is going to be heir anymore.
