Find out today if your employer will match your charitable contributions to Silver State Equality Institute — or if your employer offers a workplace giving program!

Many employers will match an employee’s charitable donations to nonprofit organizations. Every employer is different, some match dollar for dollar, some double, and some may even triple your original gift! Some organizations will even make a donation on your behalf after a certain number of volunteer hours have been completed. 

If your employer matches your contribution, we will apply that to your initial amount and honor that when entering you into one of our Membership programs.

Note: These matching gift programs only apply toward gifts to Equality California Institute [a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Tax ID Number: 68-0438008]. Please note, Silver State Equality is a Nevada-based program affiliated with and supported by Equality California and Equality California Institute, the nation’s largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization. 

Workplace giving is an easy and convenient way to make a fully tax-deductible donation to Silver State Equality Institute. Instead of donating to Silver State Equality Institute directly, your employer would set up an automatic deduction through your payroll. It’s as simple as contacting your Human Resources Department to find out if your employer offers one of these programs.

United Way: Some employers participate in a workplace giving program through United Way. If your employer participates in such a program, contact a United Way campaign coordinator or your Human Resources Department in order to designate Silver State Equality Institute as a beneficiary of your payroll deductions.

Your workplace giving contribution will enter you into the qualifying Membership program.
