Why 4197?
Our beloved and forever hero, Patrick E. Morgan (1946-2016), lived an extraordinary life. After serving in the Navy, he had an amazing career in law enforcement with the Monrovia Police Department and then the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, serving in SWAT, the Crime Impact Team, and as a Homicide Bureau detective. Patrick, whose badge number was 4197, was Cody’s adopted father, instilling in him the values of love, striving for self-improvement, prioritizing family, and pursuing passions. We honor Patrick for shaping Cody into a man to be proud of.
