So, as they say, all good things come to an end.
I regret letting all of you down, and it's time to concede that Arcadia has, more or less, completely stalled.
Theoretically, it is possible to restart this RP by advertising and bringing new people in as though you were starting a brand new RP. I don't have the contacts, ability or energy to do this. I would, however, gladly help anyone who is willing to take over the helm and spearhead the revival. I believe I speak for at least one other mod in this matter.
Therefore, I'm leaving Arcadia up for grabs. I've heard encouraging comments from some quarters, people who might be interested in taking over. If you are interested in throwing your lot (many hands make light work), please leave a comment here and I'll get back to all of you.
But whatever way we go from here, thank you for the memories, the friendships, the wonderful game. It's rare to see such a number of capable writers in the same place at the same time, and it's even rarer to have the opportunity to RP with them. Thank you, all. |
