I have been an Officer in Onodrimmoot Kinship since hmm, around August 2021. We started on Treebeard legendary server and have since moved to Orcrist live server with a small side branch on Mordor legendary server. I have to say it’s the nicest kin I’ve ever been in and I am really enjoying lotro playing with the Onod gang.

We keep our numbers on the smaller side, as we prefer that everyone in the kin feels part of our community – we all know each now and its really, really nice, especially when people join in. Although we do know each other quite well, we really love to see new faces and are really welcoming! Personally, I dislike being in kins where I am just one of many and unless you are in the right crowd, it can be hard to join in instance runs and you can feel overlooked. Obviously that is just personal preference and I’m glad that there are many different types of Kinship out there so there is something to suit everyone 🙂

We have 2 organised instance/raid/group nights each week, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7pm gmt (or bst in summer). We have people from across Europe and further flung places (e.g. America, Australia) so we had to find a time which is slightly inconvenient for everyone 😀

We run a mix of end game instances and catching up with old instance deeds. Thursdays are more relaxed and for any level and we have some alts that we keep level locked so that we can run instances with new players roughly on level. We also occasionally run slayer deeds etc. Saturdays is more for level cap content, but the only restriction is level. All our runs, whether low level or current level cap have a relaxed and fun atmosphere. I really enjoy our runs – I am absolutely cackling with laughter at times 😀

We currently have a Kinship in Erebor housing neighbourhood, and it has all amenities you would expect (banker, crafting, travel room, ingredient boxes) and plenty of nicely decorated spaces for Kin social events.

We are a warm, friendly, social kinship and our doors are always open to like-minded adventurers. We use Discord a LOT and strongly encourage our kinnies to join the server and join in 🙂
