SilCore is a software tool that helps users to assess the potential impact of system failures and ensures compliance with IEC 61511 safety standards. It provides users with the data and tools necessary to conduct Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Determination, Verification/Validation and Optimization exercises. Developed by ACM Automation Inc., it has been successfully used in the field.
SilCore is a SIL Lifecycle tool and retains all HAZOP data, SIL Determination data, SIL verification data, Instrument Tag Data and trends all changes so users can quickly assess the impact of failure.
