Mo, the missing 16 year old in Illinois, has been found. She has spoken with her mom and wants to come home. liminalia is on her way to get her.

One premliminary neurologist exam + $2,040.00 later... Olive is scheduled for an MRI tomorrow in Northern Virginia. 1:30pm. Given that we will be out of town next week, Dr. Gainsburg thought it best to get results sooner rather than later. He did all her bloodwork and such today. He said that based on his examinations of Dr. Zumpano's X-rays, the problem doesn't appear to be fused vertebrae, but rather compression of the spinal cord somewhere in the middle of her back. We'll know for sure after the MRI.

So. We paid for this and will have a bit left over after shipping + etsy fees to put towards whatever treatment is necessary. We may be taking out a loan with a local cat health organization (thanks to spurple30), and we may be applying for a Care Credit card to help as well. But this is the first step. we'll hopefully know a little more tomorrow afternoon.
