SignalMap is a browser that provides an easy way to map data to genomic tracks. It allows users to import and analyze data in GFF or BED file formats with no limit on the number of data points. When annotation files contain embedded URL information, clicking on genomic features such as genes opens the associated public database information for that gene in the user's web browser.
Where data is mapped to genomic tracks, the SignalMap browser provides a simple browsing interface. Data in GFF or BED file formats can be readily imported and analyzed with no limitations on the number of datapoints. When imported annotation files contain embedded URL information, clicking on genomic features such as genes launches your web browser and directs you to the associated public database information for that gene.
