We supported a leading global automotive manufacturer in developing their next-generation electrical and software architecture. The transition involves moving from a distributed ECU landscape to a centralized compute platform — enabling software capabilities to be developed in-house and deployed at scale.

Our teams provided expertise in both platform development and application development, contributing to system requirements, system design, and software architecture for the new core compute platform. We developed and tested platform software including APIs and DevOps solutions, as well as advanced design patterns for communication and message handling across CAN, LIN and Ethernet abstraction layers. Our delivery included manual and automated testing, along with full design, development and test documentation.

Working across multiple function domains in the vehicle — such as brake control and electric powertrain systems — our engineers collaborated closely with internal development teams. In some cases, we delivered initial application development and transferred ownership to the client’s organization; in others, we continue to own the software, maintaining and extending functionality over time.

Development is carried out in C++ on centralized compute platforms based on Nvidia hardware, QNX and AUTOSAR, including safety-critical components developed according to ISO 26262. Parts of the Software Factory development are executed by our team in Kraków.

Through strong platform expertise, scalable application development and deep collaboration, we help accelerate the shift toward a centralized, software-defined vehicle.
