RFP: Forest Service Road 29N32 Road-Stream Crossing Upgrade

The Sierra Institute for Community and Environment is soliciting proposals from licensed professional firms to provide 100% sealed, implementation-ready design plans for the 29N32 Road-Stream Crossing. This project seeks to replace an undersized culvert with an Aquatic Organism Passage (AOP) compliant design to reestablish connectivity and reduce sedimentation. Key deliverables include site data collection, hydraulic modeling, and finalized engineering drawings that balance ecological restoration with essential firefighting water-drafting capabilities.
