How the EASYPACK pipe packing process works

EASYPACK handles four sequential stages automatically:

Counting — Pipes are automatically counted as they enter, ensuring every bundle holds an exact, consistent pipe count with no manual tallying.
Bundling — Counted pipes are arranged and aligned into uniform bundles, configurable from 24 pipes per bundle up to 100 pipes per bundle depending on diameter and bundle spec.
Strapping — Each bundle is strapped in 3 or 4 phases as required, holding the pipes tightly and securely for safe stacking, storage, and transport.
Bagging — The finished, strapped bundle is wrapped and packed in LDPE film, protecting the pipes from dust and handling damage through to delivery.
