Affiliate Program Terms
These affiliate program terms (“Affiliate Program Terms”) apply to any Affiliate Member (“Member”) who wants to market products of Authenticateit Pty Ltd (“Supplier”) to its audience. Supplier may modify these Affiliate Program Terms from time to time by posting the modified Affiliate Program Terms on our website along with the effective date of the modifications. Member’s continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that Member accepts and agrees to the changes.
1.Definitions
- “Eligible Users” means new users downloading the App via Member’s deep link/QR code and those who have successfully processed their first redemption.
- “Member Commissions” means the fee paid for each new eligible user.
- “Deep Link” means a link provided by Supplier to be distributed or placed by a Member pursuant to an Engagement and which is tracked by Supplier Technology.
- “Supplier Fees” means all fees paid to Member for eligible users
2.Supplier Obligations
2.1 Services
These program terms set forth the terms and conditions under which Supplier will provide Services to Member pursuant to an Engagement. Any technical assistance and customer support services to be provided under an Engagement will be performed by Supplier personnel in a professional and workmanlike manner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Supplier does not guarantee that Member will achieve any level of eligible user connection from the Services provided.
2.2 Engagements with Members
As part of Supplier’s affiliate program, Supplier will assist Members with information that can be used by Members in their marketing and communication (marcom) strategy to market Supplier’s service.
3.Member Obligations
3.1 General Terms
Members can determine how they market the Shping App, provided they do not mislead or misrepresent the offering. Members must obtain approval for their posts from Authenticateit Pty Ltd and must promote compliance with the Fair Use Policy (FUP) and the terms and conditions of the Shping App.
3.2 Eligibility
To be eligible for Member Commissions, the new user must not be related to the Member and must have learned about the offering through the Member’s official channels. They must use a deep link or QR code to download the Shping App and successfully process one redemption.
3.3 Expenses
Member pays its own expenses and is not entitled to any reimbursement from Supplier unless such arrangements have been put in place on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 Member Responsibilities
Members understand that the fee is paid in Shping Coins, and its value is subject to change.
4.Payment
4.1 Payment Terms
All payments to Supplier will be made in Shping Coins at the current market price and paid directly to Member’s designated Shping App wallet. Supplier reserves the right to claw back any payments made if it is discovered that some payments have been made in error.
4.2 Disbursement to Members
Payments to Members are processed to their main Shping App account, where they can track the progress of new installations.
4.3 Disputes with Members
Member is responsible for recovering overpayments to the extent permitted by the terms of Member’s Engagement with such other Members. Any dispute between Member and another Member under an Engagement about a chargeback or error should aim to be resolved between Members and Supplier, otherwise referred to arbitration.
5.Fees and Terms
5.1 Member Commissions
The fee per eligible new installation and other related terms will be provided separately to each Member as a schedule. Fees and terms are subject to change at the discretion of Authenticateit Pty Ltd.
5.2 Perks for Introduced Users
New users introduced by Members will receive perks as specified in the schedule provided to each Member.
