1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing the Shorterm WordPress Plugin. We take pride in the quality of our software and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, they are irrevocable and non-returnable once downloaded. Generally, we do not offer refunds.

2. Digital Goods & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Law, consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and downloading the Shorterm Plugin, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the digital files and license keys, and you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

While we hold a strict "No Refund" policy on digital downloads, we understand that technical issues can occur. We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund request within 14 days of your original purchase ONLY if all the following conditions are met:

• Technical Failure: The Plugin fails to function as described on our website, and the issue is caused by the Plugin itself (not by a conflict with a third-party theme, another plugin, or your server configuration).
• Support Opportunity: You have opened a support ticket sharing your issue in detail, and you have allowed us a reasonable amount of time (at least 72 hours) to attempt to resolve the issue.
• Irreparable Issue: We are unable to fix the bug or provide a reasonable workaround.

4. What We Do Not Refund

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

• You have changed your mind or decided you no longer need the Plugin.
• You do not have the sufficient technical knowledge to use WordPress or install plugins.
• The issue is caused by your web hosting environment (e.g., outdated PHP version, strict firewalls).
• The issue is caused by conflicts with other 3rd party plugins or themes.
• You purchased the wrong license tier (we can assist with upgrades, but not refunds).
• No support ticket was opened prior to the refund request.

5. License Cancellation

If a refund is approved and issued, your license key will be immediately deactivated. You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Plugin from your website(s) and servers. Continued use of a refunded product is a violation of copyright laws.

6. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
