Self-Collection
For self-collection at Xin Hwa Shah Alam, any shipment confirmed before 12 PM on weekdays can be collected on the same day after 2 PM. Shipments confirmed after 12 PM will be available for collection on the next working day. For shipments confirmed on weekends or public holidays, collection will be available on the following working day after 2 PM.

Returns
- Goods delivered to or collected by the customer are non-refundable and exchangeable. All goods must be checked by the customer and/or authorized recipient upon receipt of delivery of the same.
- The customer may return defect items where such defect is caused by the manufacturer, broken or shortage upon delivery and obtain a like for like replacement of the item. The defective items must be reported to assigned Sales Designer within 3 working days from delivery date.
