FAQ
Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Open edition items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Most items typically ship within a week. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. For timed edition releases, the edition size is determined after the sale period ends and then goes into production. Please allow an estimated 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can check your order details in the My Account section of this shop. If you suspect your order is lost, contact Boris Pelcer at shop@borispelcer.com. He will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Orders:
Orders can be shipped worldwide. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive. Import duties and tax charges are not included in the shipping price. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred.
Cancellations:
All sales are final. Due to the automated nature of order processing, orders cannot be easily changed once placed. Please ensure you carefully review all order details before finalizing your purchase, including billing and shipping addresses, email, and phone number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Boris Pelcer immediately at shop@borispelcer.com. He will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted only if the item you received differs from what you ordered or if the item is damaged. To initiate a return, email Boris Pelcer within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@borispelcer.com, with “RETURN” in the subject line. Include your order number or a screenshot of your order confirmation, along with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. If your return is approved, you may choose either to receive the correct item or get a refund for the full value of the item purchased. Refund excludes the cost of shipping. You’ll be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the incorrect or damaged item. Items returned to Boris Pelcer’s studio or to one of the distribution centers without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customer Privacy:
Information provided during the ordering process will only be used to keep you informed about your order and to contact you if any issues arise. Subscribers to the store’s mailing list will only receive announcements related to the store or Boris Pelcer, and can unsubscribe at any time. Your information will never be shared with third parties.
