I have seen the War of the Stars! Outside of the cut text, I wanted to say a thing which isn't a spoiler per se first.

So, PSA: they are not fucking kidding about the flashing lights warning.

It is largely concentrated in one part of the movie but it goes for a LONG while and I should have put my sunglasses on immediately instead of 10min in, bc even I got headachey as a result and I'm not particularly sensitive to that usually.

I've been working on tidying my room/reorganising a bunch of things, and in the process going through a ton of old letters and cards and various knickknacks. So that's been fun and occasionally a little stunning, and then this afternoon I flipped myself out.

I found a page of half-written fanfic and various notes; it was clearly some time after we studied the Maccabees in Classics so 2002 or 2003 most likely, and at the bottom for ~inspiration~ I'd written down a quote from Bono:

"it's the little things that give you away"

...YEAH

How long was that rattling around his head??? Good grief. Rob pointed at one suspect for where I'd seen it, but in my head it's really a Zoo TV-sounding Bono, so who knows.

Work remains A Lot so I got home late-ish, and on a night where I was in charge of dinner (sorry flatmates), so I have not done a whole lot of the things I intended to do tonight yet, and now I am putting them off further because I was just struck by a thought that has totally wiped my brain clean of the ability to do anything but go "oh my god I need this to happen how have I never thought of this before??"

Hello internet, here is a super non-serious not even remotely an update on my life type of post that I have been intending to make for a thousand years and forgetting to, but today I figured it's about time to knock something off my to do list. :D

The ever-excellent folignos offered to make up kink/trope/etc bingo cards for some of us a while back and while my progress has been exceptionally slow, I figured I should a) post them as a master copy and b) start linking what I have managed. (TY, bb! <3)
