Platform Fee

The Platform Fee is separate from any fees, assessments, charges, or obligations established by a Property Management Company, condominium corporation, homeowners association, landlord, or other community organization.
Relationship Between Shiftsuite and Property Management Companies
Shiftsuite provides software and technology services that enable Property Management Companies and communities to manage information, communications, and resident services through a centralized platform.
Property Management Companies remain responsible for the administration and management of their communities, resident accounts, governing documents, policies, and operational decisions.
Refund Policy
Platform Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
