How
Creating women communities & sharing stories
SheTechTalks aims to teach young women (aged 18-30) digital skills together with business competences. Our goals through this project are to:
- Train and educate women in topics related to digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data management, IT project management & How to start your own IT business
- Assist women to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to occupy themselves in digital projects and excel in STEM
- Engage more women and girls in the so-called “male-dominated” STEM fields such as programming/software developing, etc.
- Promote more role models for young girls to encourage them to pursue IT as a career and not be intimidated by the existing bias against them
- Reduce the gender gap in IT jobs and lessen or mostly remove the bias employers and other professionals in STEM usually have against women
