Abysscraft Class – Best Decks & Synergies (Blossoming Fate)

Before Blossoming Fate, Abysscraft already had two powerful decks: Mode and Midrange. With the release of the new 10554110, the class is now back in the spotlight thanks to a brand-new Aggro archetype. Abysscraft technically already had an aggressive deck before, but it always felt like something was missing. That missing piece is clearly 10554110, which allows us to turn our 90051130 into terrifying finishers.

The biggest surprise of the set, however, is Reanimate Abysscraft. This deck combines the best elements of Midrange and Milteo, with a touch of Evolve, and it works. A lot of players quickly picked it up after several pro players showcased it, most notably Atom, who also gave the deck its name.

With all these options, Abysscraft can adopt multiple game plans:
you can focus on raw damage with Milteo, take a slower but still proactive approach with Midrange, overwhelm your opponent with buffed Mode followers, or do a bit of everything with Reanimate.
No matter which archetype you choose, Abysscraft always showcases its signature strength: manipulating both players’ Defense Points while setting up explosive damage turns.

Abysscraft Midrange

The now-classic Midrange Abysscraft remains one of the safest and most reliable options for the class. It is a highly reactive deck, focused on board control, with the ability to transition into a damage-oriented game plan in the later stages of the match.

There are no major changes to the archetype, except for the inclusion of 10552110, which provides strong early pressure on turn 3 when going first, or turn 4 with an evolve when going second.
10552310 is also a safer and more consistent way to finish games compared to older options.

Abysscraft Mode

Another cornerstone of Abysscraft, Mode continues to be a solid and reliable choice. Much like Midrange, it plays a slower, controlling game before turning the tables with powerful payoff turns.

Strategically, Mode is fairly easy to understand. The deck plays at an off-tempo pace, aiming to slow the game down while activating Mode effects. Once 10354110 is online, the deck can overwhelm opponents with extremely powerful turns.

Blossoming Fate did not bring much direct support to the archetype, but 10452130 stands out as a strong addition, offering flexibility for both proactive and reactive early plays.

Abysscraft Milteo

The new Aggro deck of Blossoming Fate, Milteo Abysscraft revolves around 10554110 and its Crest. This Crest automatically evolves your followers at the cost of losing all Fanfare and Enhance effects, but that downside hardly matters when you can unleash explosive turns with evolved 90051130.

This version is built specifically around that idea, running fewer followers to more consistently find 10554110 with cards like 10051310 and 10353310.
At the same time, the deck frequently Reanimates 10251120, generating even more 90051130 to pressure the opponent.

Abysscraft Reanimate

Not sure whether to choose Midrange or Milteo because you enjoy both playstyles? Let me introduce Reanimate Abysscraft, a hybrid deck that blends those two archetypes and adds an Evolve engine on top.

The deck is named after its main strategy: repeatedly Reanimating 10251120 to flood your hand with 90051130, much like in Milteo builds.
The key difference is that these tokens are not only buffed by 10554110, but you also gain additional scaling options through cards like 10453110 and 10154110.

Beyond raw damage, Reanimate can also win through board presence, creating sticky boards that are difficult to clear, or by closing games with the effect of 10404110.

No Legendary Abysscraft Deck

Without access to Legendary cards, Abysscraft naturally defaults to a more aggressive playstyle, which is the easiest approach to build on a budget. Fortunately, the class has access to a large pool of strong Gold cards, more than enough to create a cohesive and competitive deck.
