  • We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made online through secure payment gateways including Razorpay.
  • By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment provider.
  • Shaakya Spa & Wellness does not store your card or banking details.

4. Booking Confirmation

  • Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from our team.
  • You will receive confirmation via call, SMS, or email.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 2–4 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges or loss of booking amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Health Conditions

  • Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the service.
  • Shaakya Spa & Wellness will not be responsible for any issues arising due to undisclosed health conditions.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards staff is mandatory.
  • Any misconduct, inappropriate actions, or violation of spa policies may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable unless specified.
  • Validity periods must be strictly followed.
  • Unused services after expiry will not be refunded or extended.

9. Liability

  • Shaakya Spa & Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
  • Services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
