I was born and raised in New Mexico – and started doing bookkeeping at the age of 8! With nearly 40 years of experience under my belt, I still get a weird thrill when everything balances. I live for the tedium of data entry and have zero shame about it. I have the most amazing son in the world, once considered a career in psychology, but it was too depressing, and would absolutely leave accounting to become a vampire. I’m a dedicated crafter – not a hoarder. (Promise.)

I grew up in Chicago and moved to Los Angeles at 18 to help my parents open a restaurant, where I quickly became the bookkeeper – and never looked back. With over 40 years of experience, I still find joy in the structure of daily data entry and making sure everything works just right behind the scenes. I’ve worked with a wide range of businesses and love helping owners feel supported and organized. I’m also a proud mother and grandmother.
