Hackathons are real programs that stimulate innovators and entrepreneurs to exchange skills and experiences and start creative projects from scratch. The eLearning Innovation Hackathon aims to open opportunities for students and recent graduates to develop innovative technologies and solutions in the eLearning field.

Who can participate?
This hackathon is offered only to students and fresh graduates in Saudi Arabia and it is an invitation-only event. The participants are already nominated by the Saudi Electronic University, and they are exclusively offered to participate and compete to win the announced prizes.

Eligibility
- Participation is only exclusive to selected students and recent graduates from the universities in Saudi Arabia and who received an invitation email to participate.
- The registration should follow one of the two tracks:
- Idea: The participant has an idea in the field of eLearning (eLearning tools, development, management, measurement, and quality) and a clear vision to develop the idea.
- Skill: The participant has a skill in one or all of the following: developing programs/applications (programming - design - data management - software project management).
- That the innovative ideas and solutions are original and new, and no similar work has been published.
- Chosen candidates to accelerate their projects are obligated to pledge to continue with the mentors until the production of a real product that serves the field of e-learning.

Requirements
- The project should be relevant to the eLearning field
- The project files in a zipped folder.
- Post a video presentation on YouTube and make it private
- Add the YouTube video link on the submission page on Devpost
- A video presentation 5 to 7 minutes:
- Description of the problem
- Description of the proposed solution
- How your solution is unique and innovated in comparison to similar ones in the same domain
- A demo of the application (Prototype - mockup), showing functions and features
- Any challenges faced the team to develop the project
- Any future development and marketing plan
