Rodney Robichau

President/CEO

Ross Robichau

Director of Operations

Ross is the Director of Operations at R&P Employer Solutions. He has been a vital member of R&P since joining the company in October 2013. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including payroll, insurance, technology, and finances. Having strong leadership qualities and a commitment to ethical values, Ross ensures the seamless functioning of operations across the company.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Ross is a devoted family man. He is happily married to his wonderful wife and blessed with four beautiful children. When time permits, Ross enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing his hobbies of hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Keith Robichau

Chief Operation Officer

Keith is the Chief Operating Officer at R&P Employer Solutions, where he oversees operations and ensures the smooth delivery of payroll, HR, workers’ compensation, and benefits services.

With extensive experience in operations management, he focuses on improving efficiency and ensuring clients receive the best service. His teamwork has been vital in supporting the company’s growth and adapting to clients’ evolving needs.

Outside of work, Keith is happily married and a proud father of three girls and one boy. He values work-life balance, enjoys staying active, and is passionate about fitness to maintain both physical and mental well-being.

Abby Keen

Senior Director of Administration

Abby Keen is the Senior Director of Administration at R&P Employer Solutions, with 13 years of experience in managing key administrative functions and ensuring efficiency across the organization. In addition to her core responsibilities, Abby supports the admin team with payroll processing and Workers’ Compensation reporting. Known for her versatility, she effectively balances multiple roles to keep the organization running smoothly.

Outside of work, Abby is a devoted wife to her husband, Max, and a loving mother to son, Oliver and her daughter, Palmer. She enjoys cheering on her kids on and off the fields, family vacations and attending concerts.

Abby attributes her success to her strong faith, making God the foundation of her professional and personal life.
